He has successfully defended numerous individuals charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) related offenses at trial, suppression hearings, on appeal, as well as at Department of Motor Vehicle administrative hearings.Mr. Ingrassia has served as a lecturer on DWI defense related Continuing Legal Education programs given to other attorneys on behalf of the New York State Bar Association as well as local bar associations.

Antonette joined the firm ofLarkin Ingrassia, LLP in December of 2012 as an associate of the firm in the Estate and Real Estate Department. Antonette is a 2002 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, New York. Upon graduation, she studied at Boston University, majoring in Communications and Public Relations with a concentration in Political Science, and graduated cum laude in 2006.
Theresa R. Cayton joinedLarkin Ingrassia, LLP as an Associate in the firm's matrimonial department in 2018. Prior to joining the firm she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Orange County, NY, where she prosecuted misdemeanor offenses throughout Orange County, as well as felony offenses in Orange County Court.
