Nancy has been working at Complete Dental Care for twelve years and counting. She earned her Associate's Degree from Laverne University and has also attended two years of Fortune Management Training, management courses with hands-on workshops, Yankee Dental Conference classes, and other continuing education opportunities on a routine basis.

Dr. Kostas has been an awesome dentist. I have searched for dentists for a few years going to Gentle Dental and a couple of other ones. They always seemed to try to pressure me into getting everything done at once. Dr. Kostas has been very supportive in building a plan that suits my needs both for my teeth but also financially. I've recommended a few of my friends to him and figured this would be another way to recommend people.

It is an ideal place to care for your teeth. I have been going for more than 20 years and I never had a dental service problem due to their exceptional dental service. Just called to get information about Cosmetic Gum Contouring. Essentially a procedure where they trim your gums to show more tooth if you have a lot of gum tissue ruining your smile. This is something that is listed directly on their website under the services that they offer, right under Cosmetic Services. Key note. Cosmetic.
The receptionist spoke to me like I said the moon was made of cheese. And that "she never had someone just reach out for this service before" She kept talking about referrals and other irrelevant information to what is just a cosmetic procedure.

Dr. Kostas and his staff are all so very caring and always putting your comfort and any anxiety at ease. Throughout cleanings or any procedures, they are always making sure you are comfortable and relaxed. The attention to detail on everything from appointments to any tiny feeling on your teeth is impressive. I have always been stressed about the dentist and they make me feel at ease every time.

Dr. Kostas and his team have been consistently caring and responsive over the many years our family has been going to Complete Dental. I want to thank Dr. Kostas for proving to us once again that he cares. My daughter is attending college in Pennsylvania and had a dental issue she was concerned about. Was not there, but had a bad experience with their patient paid amount. Be sure to check your insurance summary. It is fine that they collect in advance, but they should also adjust if the insurance come through with a different ppa then what they originally told the service person. Not sure if bad communication or what, but this problem seems to… be getting resolved. Read your insurance payment summary when you get it. Saves a lot of headaches. Attorney General said they should have rebilled and did not, never should have charged me and they did. They disagree and therefore no refund. I
