I used Mr. Weaver for my divorce which should have been relatively uncomplicated. However, he misinformed me of the accurate division of assets and retirement causing me to fight my ex for what she was asking for causing the divorce to drag on while Mr. Weaver continued to collect from me. I was correctly informed of what my ex was entitled to under TX law by the mediator who corrected Mr. Weaver at the proceeding. I later negotiated the settlement myself. No thanks to Weaver I spent far more money and time than I would have with an honest, reliable and knowledgeable attorney. Avoid this guy at
