My spouse and I were relocating from San Diego to San Luis Obispo. As we've never lived in the area, we took the time to speak with a number of agents to ensure that it was a positive fit for us. Once we spoke with Sarah, Summer, and Caroline we knew that we wanted to partner with Team Weber. All have different experiences and backgrounds that add to a very well rounded approach for our house hunt. They took the time to understand our needs, wants, and 'no-gos' for our new home. This was all done while we still lived in San Diego, prior to our first in person visit with them.

I have officially purchased my first home with my husband. With Covid and all the restrictions and unknowns I was leary to be making such a purchase and entering into properties at such a time. Sara and Summer were absolutely amazing. Masked, with smiles, any questions I had answered. Walked us through every step with confidence and ease. Sarah and Summer were the ideal Realtors to work with through this process! The combined knowledge and initiative between the two of them is stunning - not to mention, they have great personalities and we loved spending time with them! A good friend recommended Summer and Sarah when I needed to find a home for my mother in San Luis Obispo. It was a big challenge given my work schedule in SF and that my mother was still on the east coast. They were incredibly helpful to make the purchase happen, and to make it really efficient. Their contacts for some home fixes and upgrades were very good as well. I'd work with them again.

Sarah and Summer helped me purchase my first home. The process could not have been easier. I started this process not knowing exactly what I wanted in a home or even whether I would be moving down to SLO from the bay area. Sarah and Summer are truly the best in the business. With over 20 years in the industry, Sarah really knows how to get things done. She is highly diligent, timely, and a tough negotiator. I know we would not have gotten the house if it wasn't for her!
Summer went above and beyond to help make sure our 1st home purchase went as smoothly as possible too. Buying a fixer upper can be stressful but her dad (a retired GC) came to the property and helped us understand what we were getting ourselves into.
