Derek A. DeCosmo is the founding and managing Partner of DeCosmo & Roln. Since 2005, Derek has guided clients through the maze of immigration law. Derek is experienced, responsive and driven by results. Derek has successfully represented thousands of immigrant clients, whether they've been in deportation proceedings or in their applications for immigration benefits.
In 2019 Anne joined DeCosmo Law, Attorneys at Law as Of-Counsel. Anne has been practicing law for 33 years. She was employed by the State office of the Public Defender for 32 years (recently retiring) and has tried over 60 cases. She has represented both adults and juveniles in her many years in the Public Defender's Office.
Alexia Ramos joined the DeCosmo Law team in December of 2019. She is currently enrolled full time at Rutgers University for accounting and management. Alexia comes from immigrant parents and understands the fear of being separated from family. She works diligently in assisting our clients and staff members.

Consulted with Derek about my husband who was locked up by ICE. Because of the virus, we had to do this by video call. I paid the consult fee and we started. I emailed him the paperwork I had and he went over what the next steps were. I had questions after our consult ended, so I called back and he answers them. I did speak to two other attorneys, but both of them did not go into detail about what happens next. They didn’t seem to know as much as Derek did. Plus, Sergio who answers the phone and translates for me is a sweetheart. I hired Derek. I paid a deposit but thankfully his firm accepts

Have been working with Derek for many years. Back when he was a solo lawyer in Merchantville. He Always treat me fair. Answer all my questions. Always get me good result at court. Had court today and didn’t have a lawyer. All the people with lawyers went first. Attorney Derek DeCosmo stuck out to me when he was speaking to the judge for his client. I apparoached him when he was finished and asked if I got a postponement of my hearing if I could see him today about my case. He handed me his card and said to pop over.
