Leonard Hill founded Hill & Associates in 1999. Today, he serves as Managing Partner and Lead Trial Attorney. From humble beginnings, he attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated Cum Laude and was a Golden Key Honor Society Member and Deans List student multiple semesters.
After college, Leonard taught middle school for 8 years and was recognized in the New York Times for his tireless efforts to educate and uplift inner city school children.In 1996, Leonard graduated from Temple University School of Law where he participated in the "world renowned" Temple University Nita Trial Program.

David Maselli is a senior trial attorney who dedicates his practice to helping victims who have suffered serious injuries. Dave received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1993. Before that, Dave earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
Susan Bellwoar Ayres joined the Hill & Associates team in 2010 and is one of the senior trial attorneys in our firm. She is an experienced personal injury attorney who has been vigorously representing clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over fifteen years. After spending the first several years of her practice on the defense side, Sue decided that she wanted to advocate for the injured and has successfully represents hundreds of clients.
Minos H. Galanos joined the Hill & Associates team in 2021 and is one of the trial attorneys in our firm. He is an experienced personal injury attorney who has been vigorously representing clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2009. Hill and Associates are attentive, knowledgeable and accessible. I had an accident at a public home improvement store, and within a year, it was settled. We kept in touch during my rehabilitation and DR visits. My attorney Minos Galanos pushed the defense to provide video to support the events of that day--which ultimately led to settlement. The paralegal and administrative team are also top-notch. Leonard Hill himself will meet you personally if you have problems getting to his office. Mr. Hill and his staff have been extremely professional and courteous while dealing with my Mother’s case. He took the time to personally meet with her recently to answer any questions she had. She was very pleased. This process can be overwhelming, but Hill and Associates have made it much more easier to manage. Also when we entered the office, the receptionist (forgive me for forgetting her name) greeted us immediately, was welcoming and offered us a beverage.
