Ann is our Office Manager, but she is also our Insurance Coordinator. With over 20 years in the dental field, Ann is an insurance expert, and helps each patient understand their dental plan. She is skilled at maximizing your coverage, and will see to it that your visit is not only enjoyable, but affordable!
The entire staff is always friendly and courteous, the dentist always asked are you ok and do I have any questions or concerns. Very gentle when pulling and doing. I had one of my wisdom teeth taken out because it had broke and I can’t say enough about how great everyone here was! They took care of me efficiently and eased my concerns. I have never had such an amazing experience at a dentist’s office as I did here. 10/10 would recommend and I am happy to have found them!

Today was my first visit for cleaning at Silver Spring Dental Center, and I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. First of all, there was an hour wait before the dentist examined me. Once Doctor Victor Lim began my cleaning, I communicated that I was experiencing pain, which he disregarded. Doctor Lim was so aggressive with the cleaning that my gums were bleeding. That has not happened to me before and was not normal. Not only was he dismissive of my pain, he was overall rude and unconcerned for the duration of my visit. One of the receptionists in the

I would definitely recommend this dental office! The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I see Dr. Desinor who is usually available on Wednesdays. He is very personable and takes the time to explain the condition of your teeth and procedure options. He also values patients being pain free so don't hesitate to say if anything hurts. This time and attention often results in appointments running over so there may be a bit of a wait when you arrive for your appointment so schedule in a 30-minute cushion
