I am a single mom with 4 kids. Dale assured us if we closed early we would be in our new home for Christmas! He knew all along this would never happen and decieved us. I am now going to spend Christmas in a hotel. we are from Utah and devastated that what was going to be the best Christmas my kids would ever have is now destroyed. He did anything he could to get his commission at our expense. I am sobbing with a migraine and nowhere to call home 2 days before Christmas. Please DO NOT do business with this office!
