I was in the market for a condo back in 2019 and was pre-approved through a local lender. Chris had a listing in Carson City but refused to show it to me. Although this is speculation, I think he wanted to somehow be involved in the loan as well as in the sale of the property. He turned pretty much every form of communication we had into an argument, and all I wanted was to see the property.

This company found my phone number online, and then started texting me incessantly. They called me the wrong name and oNly started texting two months AFTER my home already sold.
I asked them to stop by text and they responded with more texts in harassment.
So I called their number and Mr. Raynor answered the phone and I explained to him what was happening. He then proceeded to defend himself in pride and hung up on me.
I can see how he treats his own clients if they disagree with him. I would never use this place.

I met with Chris and discussed selling a home in Riverbank. I felt confident he would hit a home run. Leading up to listing the home he advised and helped facilitate some remodeling. "Chris doesn't seem to respect the financial constraints of the small buyer. When I asked, he refused to guarantee his services. Read your buyers agreement carefully. Touts his experience and abilities, but my experience was that he was slow to respond and was of no help negotiating my deal. In retrospect I had a better deal before Chris got involved. Obviously not well versed in the VA rules. When I asked him nicely to stop contacting me, he still had to have the last word. A couple of the conversations with me he seemed just plain rude and condescending."
