Amanda Deaton is a TERRIBLE lawyer. DO NOT hire her if u want anything accomplished in your case. I can't express enough how awful an attorney she is. Took her 4 to 5 months before she even tried to have the mother of my child served and she only did that because I called and complained she wasn't doing her job n she also refused to give me a refund at that point as well or a contract. Took my $2500 to handle all my visitations n hearings which she said would handle it all. 4 days before the final hearing she decides she wants to withdrawl and refuses to give me a refund and she refused to follow

Office staff will use your private information as juicy gossip. Attorney won't bother to listen to complaint as he is too arrogant to stop talking. I'd find other counsel.

Thomas Hamilton is an amazing attorney who understands the needs of his clients. HIs compassion and attention to detail is without comparison. As a fellow attorney, whenever I send clients to Kentucky, I make sure to send them to him.
