Would not recommend - terrible communication efforts from staff (Nan). Water was leaking from my ceiling for two weeks and they were rude to me the whole time. Finally when they called a plumber, he left my kitchen a complete mess. I spent a lot of time and energy cleaning up the water leak and the kitchen mess - all I was wanted was for someone from Faircrest to empathize with this inconvenience but that's not the way they do business.

Art Luedtke does not care at all about tenants. Everything from the unprofessional people in his office....screaming, yelling, hanging up the phone on people to his underhanded dealings with tenants, no emergency help. It does go to a machine at his house. He has no employees, he just hires guys just out of jail or minorities whom he pays cash under the table. The guy is a complete crook.
