During this frustrating and confusing time with the pandemic. Trying to navigate the laws on our own would've been impossible. Max has helped me evict a tenant that refused to move out from a property I bought. The tenant used to own the property and did not move out even with a course of new owners. However, Max took all the right steps in helping me get her out. He made sure there were no mistakes made in the process that could have further delayed the eviction. I bugged him with alot of questions, and yet he still took the patience to respond to all of them. If you are looking for an eviction lawyer, he is your man.

I hired Max to help me have a previous owner evicted, I bought a foreclosed property and was paying a hefty mortgage but could not access my house. Max was very professional but also didn't take any ^%$#& either, the whole process was no longer than 8 weeks and i was on my way to finally having access to my home. 8 weeks may seem long but with everything going on with Covid, 8 weeks, if that, was amazing! Max is an excellent lawyer. I had a ticket where I was going 23 miles over the the speed limit due to a medical emergency happening and the cop gave me a ticket for speeding and tinted windows. I was so upset about this. Then I found Max on yelp and am so glad I did he took down speeding ticked down to non moving violation and I ended up getting 2 points which I'm ok with. Tints turned into a parking ticket. I am very happy I hired this lawyer . If your ever get speeding ticket on through way in Albany area I would recommend this lawyer.
