I bought a Groupon with Sun and Moon after finding a great deal, and they had great reviews online so I have been really looking forward to it. Unfortunately I have tried contacting them for weeks to schedule my massage, and no one will return my calls or texts (it says texting will elicit a quicker response in their voicemail). I also tried to book online through their website, but it's impossible because because it's showing ZERO availability for the massage I booked for as far out as the schedule goes. So I basically just threw my money away and I am extremely disappointed in the poor communication

I wouldn't recommend this service. I purchased two Groupons to see if this therapist would be a good match for my needs. After purchasing the groupons, I reached out and was told that they were booked up more than 3 weeks out. This was not disclosed on the Groupon website (where it claims you can schedule an appointment). This extreme wait time, without disclosure, is not professional. I am a massage therapist and would never treat prospective clients this way. I don't know the quality of the massage work, but being respectful of clients is also a part of this work. I went through a horrible ordeal

The massage room is located in a building that hosts a suite of services. The room was what you would expect of a massage room: comfortable, calming ambience with all the tools of the trade. Tessie has a soothing touch and is knowledgeable about the body. She gave more insight to what I could do for my lower back pain which was very appreciated!

My appointment was cancelled by Helen within 24 hrs of the appointment when their own cancellation policy charges you for cancellations within 24 hrs. Helen was not apologetic for the inconvenience. I asked her for a different time and didn't get a response for 2 hrs after I followed up with another text. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

I tore my rotator cuff, My doctor recommended I see Helen. I was able to greatly reduce my use of pain killers after our first few sessions. My rotator grew back naturally in 2 1/2 years. Now when physical therapy makes me sore I go back and see her still. She's booked out far for a good reason, SHES THE BEST.
