Bubbling Brook Massage Therapy
Are you tired of being in long-term pain? Are you recovering from an injury? Well, look no further, Bubbling Brook in Arvada is the place you've been searching for to receive caring, effective touch. At Bubbling Brook, you'll work with a highly-experienced, intuitive therapist who will spend time discussing your needs and then design an effective bodywork treatment just for you.

The difference is this: In a world of 10-minute medical appointments and impersonal massage factories, you'll be truly listened to here. Myofascial Release is a safe, manual technique that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure into connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Services
Do you know what you want out of your massage session? You'll receive a better massage if you communicate your primary goal to your therapist as clearly as possible. Once you have a goal in mind, take a minute to browse through the following modalities to learn what might be best for you. If you have questions, please call 303-514-9610 or send me a message.
Swedish Massage as we know it today was developed by Swedish gymnast and athlete Per Heinrik Ling in the early 1800's. Long, sweeping strokes, accompanied by kneading, tapping, friction and rocking soothe your nervous system. This type of massage is wonderful if you prefer light to medium touch and deep relaxation.
Best used on specific/problem areas like an achy shoulder. Usually, little or no lotion is used to allow your therapist to sink fully into connective tissue and muscle. Slow, deep, sculpting strokes along with compression, friction and cross-fibering (strokes going against the grain of the muscle) are used.
Seated or "Chair" massage brings massage therapy directly to your gathering-and you don't need to arrange a private space or disrobe to receive long-lasting benefits. Whether you'd like to bring relaxation and pampering to your girlfriend get-together, or much-needed stress relief to your office environment, versatile seated massage is a great choice.
Sometimes your body can create "trigger points, " little spots of supposed metabolic waste that trigger pain in other areas of your body. By holding these specific points for 4-12 seconds at a time, your therapist can help you reduce pain and restore function to affected areas of the body. Like deep tissue massage, this modality is best used on a specific area of the body.
