Plan-Build is our system of Project Delivery which is a comprehensive process to include the planning and construction required to carry out and complete your project. Plan-Build is where one entity, the contractor enters into a single contract with the owner to provide both the planning and construction services.

With our process, we listen to your ideas and needs, then we develop a plan while concurrently estimating the cost for construction. We execute the construction in the final phase.

As a medical administrator for a very busy doctor we hired L.H. Tanner Construction Team to complete a project with limited time and budget. To our amazement, the project was completed within time and under budget.
