We used Logan as a buyer's agent, and he is more than just an agent - he is a PARTNER through the entire home buying process. He was super responsive, and always willing to accommodate our evolving search criteria and preferences. Logan was a great resource as we were on the odyssey of looking for a home. We looked for seven months and explored new construction as well as already established homes. He helped us talk to builders, look at HOA guidelines, and guided us through the process. He was very responsive when we wanted to look at a home (which is great in this market since everything is gone so quickly) and provided a great deal of emotional support and encouragement when we were depressed about the market (which was frequently). He was great to work with!

Logan has assisted me in eight real estate transactions. Each one had it's own challenges (buried oil tanks, well water issues, dead gaps, strange buyer agent deals) and Logan had the experience, knowledge, and calm temperament to navigate these issues and get to closing. He has lived in the area all his life and has an extensive contact list for people to help with property issues (forget Angie's List). I would highly recommend him, if you're looking to buy or sell a property.

If I could rate Logan higher than five stars I would. We were first time home buyers and a friend recommended look into us. Logan was extremely responsive from the get-go, I don't think we ever waited longer than 10 minutes far a reply from him, he was fast with setting up viewings, and punctual to all our appointments.
Being first time home buyers we were looking at a lower price range than most of his clients. However, that did not stop him from giving us the royal treatment. He worked like a horse for us throughout the entire process.

Logan is awesome -- EXTREMELY knowledgeable (he seems to know everything about every era of home construction, and when viewing a property could point out all sorts of details and flaws we never would have noticed) and extremely friendly and attentive (responding to calls and emails at all hours, always ready to jump on a potential opportunity). He guided us through every step of the home buying process in an absurdly challenging market. The hardest-working agent I’ve ever worked with... not afraid to jump into the crawl space, attic, etc. and if he can’t fix it up, he’s got a great network of contacts who do the work quickly, with quality, and at a fair price.

Logan was a excellent realtor for us. He helped us explore all houses and areas in our price range. When we found the house we wanted, he was amazing at getting inspections done quickly and advising us on how to make an offer, respond to counter offers and eventually obtain an excellent price and house!
