Erin was absolutely vital in our move down here, and great to work with! She is very responsive, warm, and made the transition quick and fun. Mikaela helped while Erin was out for the holiday, and she is great as well! They did a great job with the renovations -- new hardwood floors, new appliances, countertops, etc. Compared to other apartment complexes in town, you get a lot more bang for your buck.

My husband and I canceled our other apartment tours after viewing the apartments here with Erin. She's so friendly and helpful, and the idea of having a responsive, friendly office staff was really important to us. The grounds here are really active with kids, and it's nice to have a safe, active community. The maintenance team is really sweet, and they're around the grounds all the time, which is great. Biggest complaint is that an additional trash compactor in the grounds would really help keep some of the garbage down, and parking is rough after 10 or so, and impossible on certain days if you

We have been residents for close to three full years. From the application process to now, we have been happy with our experience. The property manager, Jonathan is the best! He assists residents in every way possible. And always returns calls promptly. We look forward to many more years at our home.

Erin and Mikaela are amazing! They have been such a huge help throughout my time living here. I can’t even count how many times I’ve called the office to sort out leasing issues, change of roomates, etc etc and they’ve been on top of it every single time, displaying tremendous courtesy, professionalism, and just a general sense of looking out for the residents. It’s been a real pleasure to have experienced both of them for over 2 years of living at Ascot Point. I appreciate so much!

I have been living at Ascot Point Village for over two years now and the management team has always been very responsive and communicative.
Any time that we have placed a maintenance service request either Sean or Jerome have been diligent and completed the work shortly after reported. Sean and Jerome have become familiar faces to us and anytime we are either coming home or leaving if they are around they greet us as if we are their friends. They do make us feel at home. The office staff at Ascot Point is awesome. Erin is always smiling and willing to help with anything. She really makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk into the office. Maintenance is amazing. I have lived at other communities but have never had such an awesome maintenance team like we do here. Thank you to everyone at Ascot Point for always going above and beyond.
