Donna H. Green has represented individuals before the Social Security Administration for over 20 years. She has represented over a thousand people in Social Security claims, and she knows from experience that no two cases -- and no two clients -- are the same. At many legal firms, clients are treated like numbers, and it simply doesn't work.
If your attorney doesn't take the time to get to know you and your unique situation, how can she convince the judge of the merits of your case? When you've been disabled, the last thing you need is an attorney who will treat you as just another file number. You need someone who will take the time to understand your case and address your concerns.

When a person works, a percentage of his or her wages is paid into the Social Security fund. Most people realize that this provides benefits for them when they reach retirement, but this fund also provides disability insurance coverage. Generally speaking, you must have worked five out of the ten years immediately prior to becoming disabled for you to be fully insured under disability benefits.

On the first visit to discuss my wife appealing her denial of Social Security benefits, Donna Green was professional, personable and absolutely thorough. She sugar coated nothing.
Having had to go through a similar experience a few years ago and not being entirely pleased with my legal representation, I do have some comparison to make. At this point, I can say I wish I had been aware of Donna Green's services. I can't say I would have had a better outcome, but I think I would be more confident that everything that could be done to advance my cause had been done.

If i could give zero stars, i would. donna green wouldn't even meet with me until my doctor agreed to complete paperwork "proving" i had a disability. her office assistant only asked me if i knew how much my disability payments would be, so she could calculate how much money she would make if she took my case.

Donna Green does her job extremely well. Her knowledge of social security disability is unmatched. She is a no nonsense attorney that treated me with respect, and was very straightforward about my case. She kept me informed about any details of my case from beginning to end. All of that being said, I was the also very impressed by the personal interest I was shown, unlike a firm that makes you feel like you're being herded like cattle. She made me feel more like a friend she was helping than a client. The reason I'm giving her five stars is because there aren't ten. If you're considering hiring

Was not impressed! Walk in and it feels very unprofessional by the looks of the place when when you go in it's stale and cold. Staff not that friendly met with the Lawyer and she was really no help. Wanted me to get forms on my own like I know what I'm supposed to get. So after that I went to Dale Buchanan and the took care of all of that and I won my case! Maybe she's good for some but not my case.Sorry!

I applied for my disability on my own. Reaching the final hearing stage, I needed legal representation. I contacted four different attorneys, giving my information and Social Security records. Each attorneys office had assistants return my call, I never spoke to an attorney. The assistants advised that the attorney would not take my case, they felt there was no way I would be able to obtain my disability. Thankfully I was given Attorney Donna Harrison Green's name. I called Ms. Green's office, left my information and she called my back the same day. Ms. Green, an Attorney called, not as assistant
