Our story is a journey of knowledge, passion, determination, and, most importantly, about caring for people. In 2007, managing massage cabanas overlooking the beautiful beaches in Hawaii, I discovered my true calling in the spa world. I found that the spa industry helps balance out the stressful and uncongenial aspects of our clients' daily lives.

You may be joining us for a simple wax, or a five hour retreat, either way the goal is to make the most of your experience with us. We ask that you please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to yourservice(s). This will allow ample time to enjoy our amenities and retreat from the world. Our entire spa is a 'Quiet Area'.

Swedish style massage therapy; light to medium pressure is used to relax the entire body, increase circulation, and decrease muscle tension.
Our luxury facials and skin services will restore your youthful glow. We offer microdermabrasion, collagen-boosting treatments, and organic facials among other refreshing options. All of our facials include a skin consultation & products tailored to your skin care goals. Traditional luxury European facial featuring certified organic ingredients which balance and hydrate the skin to defend against environmental impurities.

I went for a pre-natal massage to unwind after a really tough first trimester and before my husband and I leave for a tiring trip to Europe with lots of flying and long stopovers.
The minute I walked in, especially once I was taken back into a little lounge to wait for my masseuse, I already felt relaxed and soothed. The lounge was very comfy, dimly lit, decorated with lovely abstract watercolor paintings and had gentle music and flowing water sounds playing in the background.

Had a very enjoyable experience here for my prenatal spa day (a treat 2 days before my delivery day). It was so relaxing to be pampered. Water and dried fruit nut mix while waiting for my services. Be sure to confirm services in your reminder call as I did book something online an extra service but it didn't go through. They were very sweet about it nonetheless.

I had such an amazing first experience at spa retreat Cary. The staff were phenomenal and made sure I had everything I needed. They also made sure to mention their complimentary drinks throughout my experience. I enjoyed their mimosa and steeped tea😍. I highly recommend coming here for relaxation, calm atmosphere, and pleasant people to be around.

This is a wonderful and relaxing spa with a great menu of services and terrific customer service. Booking appointments is easy online or over the phone. The location is very convenient. I love getting my nails done by Stacey. She is amazing and my nails look fantastic. With the beautiful decor, relaxing music, and very friendly customer service, I always feel very calm and happy after visiting.

I recently visited the area and was blown away by my experience at Spa Retreat. Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and inviting. I have been having massages for over 20 years and my massage with Taylor was hands down the best. I will definitely return the next time I am in North Carolina!

What a great day spa! This looks like a regular office building until you walk in! There are two quaint sitting areas one has tea you can make and they have lemon water. There is a sauna you can sign up for 15 minute time slots, it's not large but big enough.
I had a deep tissue massage which was probably the best massage I have ever gotten! The room was extremely relaxing and the massage table was warmed which was a nice surprise when I laid down! Earlier today, I had a wonderful massage at Spa Retreat Cary. Julia was wonderful! She was thorough, friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage process. Everyone that I came in contact with was kind and welcoming. The facility was clean and calming. It was a pleasure to linger after the massage in their lounge. I am visiting the area for just a short time. I would love to return at some point in the future. I only wish I had called earlier so that I could have had more than one service. You won't be disappointed to go to Spa Retreat Cary.

WOW...super impressed with the level of professionalism as well as our services received (couples massage). Andrea has done an amazing job with the spa, down to every last, little detail. Emily and Tori were our massage therapists and we can't say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend either of them but I'm sure they're all just as amazing. Do yourself a favor and book yourself a retreat...you will love it! 💜

I LOVE this place! I went there this past weekend for a girls weekend with my sister and we felt comfortable and extremely relaxed even in the middle of COVID. Everyone had masks, the pens were sanitized, they… showed us where all of the amenities were, gave us a complimentary glass of champagne, the masseuses were outstanding and the esthetician was so kind and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there on Friday and I look forward to being back very soon!

I have been meaning to review Spa Retreat Cary for a while. The place was very calm and inviting. Everyone was so sweet and took good care of me. I was celebrating my birthday and they went the extra mile to make me feel special. My masseuse (Shawn?) was very thorough and did an excellent job, he made sure I was comfortable and was not chatty (which is important to me). I did not take advantage of the wine but was suffering from a sore throat so the hot tea was appreciated. The robes were big and comfy and had pockets for your belongings although I locked my things up in the lockers provided. The

Best part were the massages! My husband and I choice the couples massages. Spot on perfect! We plan on joining as monthly members!!

I took my mom here yesterday in order to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived, they had noted it was her birthday so wished her a happy birthday, which Mom loved. They then took us on a tour and had us change into comfy robes and slippers located in the locker room. We then relaxed with mimosas and snacks until she went into her massage. Afterwards, we enjoyed Mani/pedis and chatted with the ladies. It was amazing and we definitely plan to go back.

I can only speak for the nail service (pedicure) but boy, what a disappointment. I opted for the 'rejuvenate pedicure' ($45) a step up from the basic pedicure they offer. It was supposed to be a 50 min procedure and it was 30 at best! We didn't sit until 8 min into our appointment and by 28 min into the service she was already applying my polish! Without a doubt a regular pedicure at a chain nail salon is better than what I experienced. I thought it would be a special experience being at a spa and opting for the more pricey option but it was subpar at BEST! I would have given 1 star

Love this place. Wonderful relaxation lounge with flavored water and hot tea. They offer champagne and wine and will do mimosas. The changing room has an assortment of amenities except for hairdryer which is not permitted. Been twice now for retreat massages. The couples room is very comfortable. Taylor is an excellent massage therapist.

This place was great! The service was wonderful and the experience was awesome. I have only had one other spa experience and it was in swanky place in Miami. This was far better.
Each person respected their work, did not talk much, and let me relax. I hate a massage therapist that talks the entire time.

Very relaxing experience getting a mani/pedi here. Was greeted at the front desk and offered a couple of rooms to relax in, one with hot tea, infused water and snacks. Robe and slippers are available as well. Nail technician was friendly and did a great job on my nails. She took her time very clean and quiet space.
