I think 1 star is enough for them. They have good customer service and they know exactly how to show their bright teeth! But that should never end there, because I signed a form to get a service and it was never received! I was injured in a car accident, and in return, I lose my car and get nothing in return. The lawyer was not helpful and I don't even think she negotiated an amount. They care about their piece of pie and they're good to go!
When it comes to front desk service, yes they're up there, but when you get into serious stuff, they're amateurs and not helpful!

I was unfortunately involved in a car accident a few months ago. I was recommended to Ledger Law Firm by my sister who has used their services before. I called and told them my situation Matt scheduled to come to my house and go over the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions I had a lot because I've had a horrible experience with another law firm.
