Services
John Beasley grew up in Geneva, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Auburn University. After completing college, he moved to Savannah, Georgia where he began working at Brasseler USA. John soon found that dentistry was his life's calling.
Classic Craft Dental Lab accepts intraoral scans from clinicians using digital scanning systems that have the ability to utilize the open STL format for restorations. By eliminating inbound shipping and the need to create and digitize a model, you shorten turnaround time while saving money and resources.
Classic Craft Dental Laboratory uses only the finest materials to craft products with nature's design principles in mind. These design features include: emergence profile, interproximal relationships, smile contour, proper occlusion, translucency and marginal integrity. Our expert technicians handcraft the detail and aesthetics of each case from start to finish.
Classic Craft Dental Lab works with all custom abutment manufacturers including, but not limited to: Atlantis, Argen, Zimmer Biomet, Straumann, Nobel Biocare, and Vulcan. Together we produce abutments and implant crowns that meet or exceed the specifications of your treatment plan. We are also an Encode Empowered lab, which allows us to unlock Encode healing caps for abutment milling without using a third party.
Classic Craft Dental Lab now offers milled titanium or custom-cast bars for over dentures. We have partnered with Atlantis and Panthera to offer a unique variety of options for cases that are more complex in nature. Custom bars can be paired with a semi-fixed or fixed prothesis as dictated by your treatment plan.

I’ve had great success with Classic Craft for my crown and bridge cases. They accept digital impressions, easy to contact, and offer quick turn around times. It is easy to track your cases with their online portal to verify the delivery date. Karlton is our local rep and he will come out to your practice to offer custom shade matching rather than sending patients to the lab, which is a really great service for our patients!

Their zirlife crowns are the best in the business, with fewer adjustments and re-makes than I have experienced in my 25 years in practice. Partials and dentures are awesome as well. I’ve been working with this lab for years and have always received excellent service! Our rep, Shane, is always willing to go the extra mile with aesthetics and patient satisfaction; he always stops by to discuss a challenging case and follows up afterwards to make sure everything went well. Minimal adjustments are necessary and the crowns fit beautifully. Really nice partials as well. The staff are easy to get in touch with if there are any questions on the case. I feel lucky to work with such a professional and high quality lab!
