This comment was given to the Dental Hygienist here. She only cleaned my daughter’s teeth for 1 minute while I was sitting there and observing. When I questioned, her explanation was “This is called efficient”. My daughter almost cried out because of her harsh work and caused a lot of pain. Not recommend anyone come here for teeth cleaning. Worst teeth cleaning experience for ever.

Upon relocating to the state, I researched and came across this practice for my daughter. In the beginning, the staff was friendly and the customer service was amazing. Over the course of 2 years, the level of customer service that one expects to receive from a place where you’re spending a lot of money (braces) has died. I love the dentists here; they’re still amazing. However, the front office staff acts friendly in person, but are rude over the phone, confused about who they’re calling, and give the wrong information when I call them. Furthermore, they don’t return calls, check on patients

It’s been a year since I’ve been here and I thought it was very sketchy. Although very friendly I came to want to do a wisdom teeth removal because of pain but instead they thought the cause was in my old crown I had so I needed to get another root canal done. I got it done in Tijuana a while back so naturally I trusted the “experts” and agreed for them to fix it since it may be the cause of pain and afterwards they could get my wisdom teeth done. When they replaced my crown they told me I had to wait up to 2 months to get it done by the professional and at some point the temporary kept

Senior elderly beware!!! If you are reading this, Jesus has answered your prayers. Dr. Zak and his team will definitely RIP you off consider this a hallelujah moment. Save yourself the trouble and find a dentist that is honest and transparent. If you walk in thinking you would just like a routine cleaning service performed. Good luck, they will charge you thousands to do a deep clean. Seniors you know just how important each dollar in your pocket is, let's be real, you spend all day clipping coupons, .. shopping only when something is on sale so why would you give your hard earn retire money to

Went in for crowns fillings and cleaning. My dentist and there assistants were professional and compassionate to the patients needs. Front staff was the Friendliest and billing/management worked and helped me with payment plan.
One crown due to fault of lower bite the molding machine overcompansated making the crown a oversized pain. Thankfully my emergency fix was immediately understood and an appointment was quickly made with the dentist

I had gum surgery done by Dr. Yashar a few weeks ago. She’s so great to work with and really helped me understand what needed to be done. The surgery wasn’t too bad and I was sore for about a week but there wasn’t a lot of pain. I’m a registered nurse and I hope I make my patients feel as comfortable and cared for as Dr, Yashar makes me feel. I really recommend her!

What happened to the service here?? I used to love coming to this dentist. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recently moved 40 miles away. Unfortunately my crown that I got done there broke last week. I called to make sure they could fix it for me under warranty before I made the drive. Instead I got no answer on warranty and grilled on coming in for a cleaning to possibly see if the dentist felt like doing it for me? I've only had the crown for two years and it broke. Your refusing to fix it or even answer some basic questions over the phone. No thanks. Will no longer refer anyone here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! First and foremost, the staff is literally amazing. I was able to schedule an appointment without any issues and they scheduled me in fast. All of them were so kind and welcoming, I usually hate the dentist/dentist offices so much but West Covina Dental Group made my experience completely painless! Dr. Zac is so nice and made me feel at ease. He educated me on every step of the process and I did not feel any pain or discomfort whatsoever!
