Matthew has defended numerous clients in Lynchburg DUI cases and has a thorough understanding of how to handle a DUI matter for the best possible outcome.
Luke is an essential part of our firm that specializes in criminal and civil litigation. He provides litigation support to our attorneys and is available to clients each step of the way throughout the criminal justice system. He works diligently to help keep clients stay informed. Luke's background is in criminal justice and is passionate about criminal law.
Caryn is our Jury and Trial Consultant and works as an expert alongside of the attorneys offering support during trials. She has assisted our attorneys on several high-profile cases, offering trial strategy and other support. Caryn helps with jury profile development, vior dire, analysis of the jury, theme development, witness preparation (including client testimony), and trial monitoring.
Emily is the newest addition to our firm and is a great asset to the team. She is a graduate from Liberty University with a bachelor's in criminal justice and prelaw with a minor in strategic intelligence. Emily worked with Family Research Council in Washington D.C where she researched and helped publish articles in international and immigration law.

Had a couple experiences with lawyers that weren’t so good but Mr. Pack and his team went above and beyond!!! They actually cared and worked as hard as they could so I could have a fair trial!! I got into some trouble at Lock’n in 2019. I asked for a miracle, and Cam Warren answered. I interviewed about 5 other local attorneys and Cam was the only person that told me I had a good, fighting chance on my case when I got to talk to him on a Sunday evening. I was assigned him as a public defender and like most I worried because their stigma attached and that their known not to be helpful! so I called a local paid attorney and discussed my case..he asked who I was assigned through the court..and when u mentioned Mr Pack he immediately said "I can easily take ur money and represent u but honestly Mr. Pack is just as good as I am, and he'll represent u well "!! & that he did!! I would recommend him to anyone seeking representation!!

Each case has sentencing guidelines that will show you the minimum and maximum time requested for jail time. He had my boyfriend agree to 5 months when the maximum guideline was 3 months. I am currently pregnant and Matt made it clear he did not want to be hired to help with a furlough so dad could be present at babies birth. I was told 1000 and he would be escorted by an officer. That is for funerals not a child’s birth. Matt was very rude. The new lawyer requested 400 and dad will be out for 7 days for babies birth. The new lawyer also showed me the sentencing guidelines on the computer yesterday
