Top of the line care and technology. Staff is wonderful. Kristen dental assistant is hilarious and keeps things funny with her great personality. Initially I needed to have a molar fitted with a crown and Peak was able to see me sooner than a few others I checked with. I have had multiple teeth crowned in the past so this wasn't something new to me. The office has an in-house milling machine that will produce the crown at that visit and this is what I had done that day. The down side of the crown is that it has a texture on the surface, not smooth like the rest of my teeth. Rather disappointing. I feel for the high price paid for a crown it should be as close to "perfect" as can be.

I hate to give SLO peak such a low rating since all the dentists & hygienists at this location are so kind and professional. However, I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the scheduling/front desk team. I was not informed about a price hike between my visit today and my last visit, and was informed mid-visit that my appointment was going to cost much more than I had anticipated. In hindsight, I should have asked for the cost over the phone, but I had assumed that it would cost the same as past visits, and I feel that the scheduling team should have informed me of such a high cost change

Kim was amazing. This cleaning was the VERY best I have ever had. I come from a history of dental trauma, so going to the dentist for anything is always traumatic. She made me feel comfortable, was so caring and made the entire visit great. Thank you so much that I was blessed to have her for my hygienist.
