Blondell properties has been working with me for a while now. Much to their frustration probably at some points but I have never gotten anything but positive feedback and professionalism from them. I have not been in the best position to buy a home though I intend to and the logistics of making it happen have been keeping me from doing so for a long time. Regardless, they still keep in touch via our collaboration site which keeps me motivated to find a way to make the process work. I have known Colleen for over thirty years. She is successful and professional in everything she has done. When my mother passed away in November of 2020, we had to sell her house quickly, as both my sister and myself do not live in North Carolina. We asked Colleen and her team at Blondell Properties to sell her house, which was done in one weekend. I used Blondell Properties a couple years ago to purchase my first house and could not have had a better experience. Colleen was wonderful every step of the way from finding the location, putting in an offer, and negotiating with every involved party. Once the offer was accepted, she guided me on all the closing steps (which can be pretty extensive) with incredible detail. My property was purchased as a future rental income and she also took the time to help me figure out how I was going to manage the property while living out of state. I can't recommend her enough!
