If you want to avoid being doubly-screwed (by the IRS and by your accountant), DO NOT use Kothari Accountancy!
I've gotten several notices from the IRS because Roopa Kothari did not report my taxes correctly AND not only did she charge me to rectify it, but also did it again in another year! She claimed to have spent "many hours researching" and invoiced me for the imaginary hours - because really, if you spend days researching a simple line item that is common CPA knowledge, you shouldn't be in this function.
She cannot accurately report securities or social security witholding
