Accidents happen every day. On the road, in the air, at work, and just about every place, Alaskans can find themselves suffering the consequences of someone else's careless or negligent behavior. Whether it's a distracted driver behind the wheel of a car, an air pilot with improper training, or a company cutting corners with its products, one small action can change lives forever.
From seemingly minor injuries, to severe, lifelong wounds, accident victims can feel overwhelmed by pain, mounting bills, and the stress of an uncertain future. You don't have to go it alone. For many, a personal injury case can offer vital compensation to help provide medical care and pay the bills that accrue during times of missed work.

Alaskans are injured in car accidents every day. A 2015 report from the Alaska Department of Transportation stated that over 4,700 car crashes occur each year in the state, and one person died on an Alaska road about every five days. What are these accident victims to do? While many may suffer in silence, they don't have to.
Our children deserve the opportunity to have a safe, healthy, and happy childhood. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, our children are injured because of the negligence, recklessness, or maliciousness of others. When this happens, it is not only our right, but our duty, to demand and fight for justice for our children.
Dogs are widely viewed as man's best friend, but they still have animal instincts that can cause serious injury to innocent bystanders. Dogs will bite when they are startled, feel threatened, or are poorly socialized. Rottweilers, pit bulls, and Labradors are most likely to bite, but all dog breeds have been associated with serious, and even fatal, injuries.
Many automobile drivers do not respect the rights and motor laws regarding pedestrians. Anyone operating a vehicle has a responsibility to obey the motor laws and drive in a safe and attentive manner. Similarly, pedestrians also need to follow the rules of the road. When these rules are not followed, serious injuries or death can result.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I called before Thanksgiving 2021, and gave details of a recent fall. The man I spoke to was going to speak to Ben and get back with me. That has never happened. I have left two voice messages with no response. I would have given a zero to match their efforts, but it wasn’t an option.

A motorist ran a red light and slammed into the drivers door of my vehicle doing over 45 mph. I was not seriously injured but I was injured and had medical appointments for 2 years. When it was time to settle up with insurance company due to reaching maximum amount of time I could keep claim open I was going to do it myself. Ben suggested I should not do it myself. Both parties were insured by same company. I requested video from traffic cams and waited for months due to new process in Alaska for requesting evidence. After receiving video, it was useless. It didn’t show accident. I agreed to

His fight for me was tooth and nail and never felt more comfortable or safe then with him handling my case. Even after my case and Sentence he’s still looking after my future and couldn’t of chose better

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Ben. I contacted him during a difficult time in my life, seeking legal advice, which he freely gave to me over the phone before I even became his client. He was patient, understanding and very confident from our first meeting. In the end, he had all of my charges completely dropped (without having to go to trial) and I have been able to move on with my life. He and his paralegal Monica are professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ben was Recommended to me by another attorney; when I needed one, and agreed to represent me even though I live and work in another city. His communication was always clear, concise, and timely. He represented me, always making all my options known, in language I could understand as well as making his recommendation on a course of action. It was an issue I most certainly could not have handled without an Attorney and I feel Ben did an excellent job. His help and representation were very much appreciated.
