Having Seb Frey Realtor helping us purchase our first home was the best thing that happened to us.
Seb was professional and extremely patient. We saw a total of 31 houses until we found the right one.
We also lost 6 bids in the bidding war zone. Seb was very supportive. We were so sad, that we were thinking to rent again and not purchase a house. Seb was supportive and gave us advise how to place a bid for a house and explained us that the market was very competitive right now.

I purchased an old home (built in 1929) in October 2015. During the process, every person I have dealt with--from my real estate agent, to the loan broker, to the contractor hired to level the foundation--have all been dishonest and unprofessional! 6 months later, I have received a Non-Compliance notice from the county about one of the toilets in the home not being low-flow. I had remembered that during the purchase of the home, my agent insisted that it was the sellers responsibility to resolve this. So, I contacted the seller's agent and found that my real estate agent had told me yet

Eight years ago Seb helped me purchase the upstairs condominium I live in now. He was so helpful and amiable (he even invited me to his wedding) that as I contemplate moving into a somewhat bigger home with a backyard, I only considered working with him. Seb is a great realtor. He helped us buying our house in early 2010. He is very knowledgeable about the local area, and is truly on your side. He goes the extra mile for you, whether it is meeting you at the house or doing research on available properties.
