Had our older small dog in for care. It’s a very busy place and took quite a while due to COVID precautions. I was impressed by how thorough they were. The Dr called a couple of times and explained diagnosis. After some care prescriptions and special food he is slowly getting better.

We recently adopted a little kitten! The experience was amazing. They took the time to meet with us and let us meet the kitten and make sure it was a fit. They make sure you agree to get all the medical treatment needed which to me is crucial to making sure a pet is well cared for. I had a prior experience with my former cat who passed and they treated her in an emergency. They were awesome then too. I highly recommend them if you are in the WH area.

4am on Christmas Day I call VHA .My Daisy was loosing balance when walking and like she have breading problem !!I was so scare Im loosing her she is 11.5 when I got to VHA very sweet nurse came and take Daisy,after few minutes Doctor call me and she explained Daisy is ok she needs inflammation and pain medicine and she is ok Thank you all for helping Daisy and Happy New Year.

The BEST ER VET ever! My dog was in the ICU for three nights. They saved his life!! He was not walking after surgery with his regular vet due to a reaction to the anesthesia. He was sent here for fluids… overnight but ended up needing one on one care, plasma, heart monitoring Etc. We didn’t think he was going to make it through night one and they told us to keep our phone near us. They nursed him back to health. I went to visit him and they were so caring and attentive to anything he needed and my concerns. After three nights he was back home and eating again. We had an episode while

Two days before thanksgiving I noticed a huge hole in my cats leg. I freaked out and attempted to call his normal vet. Because of the holiday they were unable to see him until the following Monday. The day before thanksgiving I decided to bring him here. And it was the best decision I could have made. I waited maybe 30 mins in the parking lot… (which is the waiting area) for someone to take him back. I was able to continue my day preparing for the holiday and the vet assistant called me every few hours for updates. Later that night he was ready to be picked up. An assistant brought him out

We took our Katie dog there as an emergency. She was struggling to breathe due to a tumor. Everyone from the assistants to the vet were amazing. They went out of there way to make the loss of our Katie easier on us. Their love for animals and their owners is genuine. I truly want to thank everyone who was involved in her care and highly recommend them.

The staff was very professional and caring when I brought my Chihuahua, Nina, in for ultrasound. Dr. Nations called me and discussed the very positive feedback from her test results along with his recommendations. He is absolutely a veterinarian of the first tier. I greatly appreciate his and his staff's care for Nina and highly recommend this organization.

Our son's dog had complications that unfortunately ended our dogs life. The doctor explained our options, but I could hear the doubt in his voice. He was honest about our choices and outcomes. I appreciated it greatly. I absolutely love that the hospital considers the animal's minds, giving them cheese and peanut butter as they pass.
Unfortunately, we were out of state, but this hospital made things easy, comfortable, and understanding our complex dynamics.

We had to use VHA on 2 occasions recently for our golden retriever. On the overnight stay the ICU nurse called with regular updates and sent pictures which following major surgery was so appreciate to ease such a concerning time.Dr Sawyer & her team thoroughly explained options and processes with detail and empathy. After bringing home our pup the VHA team were consistently available to answer questions. I highly recommend VHA.

I was so disappointed with VHA today. I have been going there for a year and a half since we moved to Florida and was very pleased. We have a 12 year old dog who has gone to them several times and also now have a “new” 3 year old. We had an appointment for the 3 year old just to establish her there and get her records there. Meanwhile our 12 year… old had some stomach issues and we decided to take him to the appointment that the heathy 3 year old had. As a courtesy, I called the vet’s office to inform them of this change. I was told we could not bring in our sick dog until

They have gone above and beyond to provide excellent care in continuous communication throughout the whole process of Athena‘s intestinal blockage operation. I called them at 8:30 am and they made it seem like they could take him right in. I've been here since before 9 am. He has diarrhea in the front of the facility and don't have anything left to pee and has sit out here for over a hour now dying. No water and shallow breathing and I'm still waiting watching my dog die .Update he started vomiting another animal hospital good take him but hopefully nothing. On the way do not take your pet here

I used to be happy with this place- But now I think they are basically a money grabbing facility…. My dog needs a rabies vaccine….nothing else… When I brought him for his appointment they tried to sell me the following: -fecal exam -blood panel I said no thank and then was asked AGAIN if I wanted these additional tests. When they came to get him… for the rabies shot they informed me that the dr would do an office exam before giving the shot. I said he doesn’t need an “exam”. I have been using VHA for a few years as an ER vet since my regular vet is a mobile vet. I have always had great customer service here but this time it has been the worst experience. I took my cat in on Monday. On Tuesday I called with a question. I am still waiting for a call back at 8pm on Thursday. I have called each day. I finally called my… mobile vet yesterday and asked them the question, they called me back within a couple of hours.
