Eh, honestly - this is one of those reviews where you're scared to be honest because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and Blacksburg is such a small town , but, I've always had a really hard time getting them to respond to me when I've needed to set up closings. We put in a request for assistance on 2 Nov 2017 and rec’d a message same-day that said, “I am going to be in an appointment that is out of my office until about 1:00 pm tomorrow. However, I will be able to send you a reply before the end of business tomorrow. PKM”.... Today is 24 Nov 2017 and we’ve heard not one word - very disappointing. We’re in search of assistance elsewhere.
