Living here at Sandstone Ridge has been wonderful so peaceful I take my dog for a walk in the evening and love looking at the grounds it’s beautiful !
The pool and movie room are my favorites plus the Starbucks coffee machine is definitely a plus !
Also I love that me and my dog Molly can go to the office time anytime and there is snacks and misc things for her !

In addition, she is a very professional person and will listen to all your concern about safety or anything related to the resident at sandstone ridge. The apartment complex is different since she took over as manager. Resident gets together more often through many meaningful events. The facility is spotless with the new pressure

Sandstone Ridge is well maintained and worth the spend. The open space around the Fasken properties makes this place unique and enjoyable to live here. Lady K and Shauna are good to work with and the maintenance team here has always been on top of it! If you value open space and nice evening walks, this place is definitely for you.

As a vendor that is partnered with this community I could not recommend Sandstone Ridge enough. When we walk into the office to check in, the ladies, the maintenance guys and everyone in between are always so nice and inviting. I don’t even feel like I’m working when I’m there. Lady K truly makes you feel like family! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are out of this world. You truly don’t feel like your in Midland when your here!

I lived here for approx 6 months during the Spring and Summer of 2021. The apartments are very well maintained and located in a nice area. You feel like your money is well spent. If you are coming in for a short work cycle - it’s hard to beat the fully furnished apartment with all bills paid package. Everything is set up and ready to go e.g., shower curtain, silverware, trashcans, vacuum cleaner, TV, pots, pans, sheets, pillows, etc.
