Cheryl was so great to work with. From the start she was so respectful of our house and our time. She thought that we could get more than we even thought we could get for our house. To a buyer that is great news!!!

I had a great experience working with Cheryl! She was incredibly patient as I re-visited properties and asked endless questions about the purchase and closing process. She made great recommendations during the offer process and walked me step by step through the closing. This was not the first home I had purchased in Spokane in the 40 years I've lived here but this was far and away the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. Cheryl is wonderful to work with. We were coming from out of state which is always a stressful situation. Cheryl made it easy. If we were flying in for a quick visit, she would have appointments ready and would even pick us up at the airport if needed.
