Joshua D. Adair ("Josh") is an experienced litigator. He previously worked as a Prosecuting Attorney and at the Indiana State Senate. Since Josh started practicing law in 2014, he has prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases ranging from juvenile matters to adult high-level felonies.
Throughout these cases, he has dealt with issues such as bond reduction, discovery issues, pre-trial suppression matters, probation violations, sentencing modifications, and has litigated numerous bench and jury trials.His areas of practice include, criminal defense, expungements, specialized driving privileges, probate and estate planning, family law, business matters and Medicare/Medicaid issues.

Misty Y. Edwards ("Misty") has been in private practice since 2000, practicing both in Indiana and Illinois. Misty began her practice in Terre Haute, Indiana, and joined Hostetter & Associates in 2015. Misty maintains an office in Terre Haute, Indiana, for convenience in continuing to serve clients in Vigo, Clay, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Sullivan Counties, as well as in Illinois.
Charles E. Hostetter ("Gene") has been an attorney in private practice since 1976. He began his practice in Brownsburg, Indiana then, and has been in the same community since. His practice areas include probate and estate planning, family law, school law, and business matters. He presently serves as the Brownsburg Town Court Judge.

Unfortunately I’ve had the luxury of hiring attorneys on multiple occasions for multiple reasons. Usually never ending up satisfied with the outcome of things. That was NOT the case here. I’ve had the luxury of using both Misty Edwards and Josh Addair for several matters, from a truly complicated custody dispute, down to simply adding names to a house deed. Each time ending up more than completely satisfied with their performance. Office staff was always polite and courteous. Couldn’t find a negative thing to say about them even if i wanted. Thank you all for everything!
