I’ve been with Statefarm with Jason Griswold’s office now for quite sometime. And they’ve always been there to take care of me. Josh, Angie and Mike are some of my favorite reps there and are genuinely so helpful and kind. Angie specifically just has a voice and personality that makes your whole entire day light up every time she answers the phone. Wonderful team and a great group of helpful professionals.

I've had car & renter's insurance with Jason's office for a few years now, and they've honestly given me the best customer service I've ever had with an insurance company! When I got a new policy recently, Josh answered all of my questions about life insurance, and I actually feel like I understand a lot more about it. It was refreshing to talk to someone who understood the system & genuinely wanted to help!

Very unprofessional service. The insurance price was going up every month and they don’t have any clue about it. Staff try to be smart when they aren’t, I called them to cancel my entire policy and it has been 45 days and they are sending me the bill for those 45 days when I called them to cancel the insurance. I got the entire policy with different insurance company 45 days ago. If they make mistake they never transfer us to jason, and jason is always on holiday when I ask for him. I don’t know why they are still in business. They are rip off without any prompt customer service. I left state

My family and I have been insured with Jason 's office for many years now. Going from young newlyweds to a family of 5, they have been there to help us through all of our insurance needs. As of late we have been dealing directly with Cliff, who has been awesome. Always available for whatever questions or concerns we have. Very knowledgeable and hard working. Thanks so much guys!
