With Mr. Martin's help, I was able to walk away from my divorce proceedings with joint custody of my two young children. This is the worst lawyer I have ever came across in my life. I hired him to file for an emergency hearing in November 2016, and its now April 2017, and still no hearing. Now I have to sue him for my money back.I still can't believe he's an attorney. You're better off representing yourself. He comes to court unprepared and doesn't know anything about the case. I will make a blog just for him, with all the outrageous charges of all the unsolicited emails and phone calls that his secretary makes for him, and he charges his rate of $400 an hour. I have been charged thousands of dollars in just emails

David Martin is one of the best family lawyers I have met, since day one he was straight up about my custody case, he brought my son back from Utah with in weeks. He deal with everything, is been 5 years since I first consulted him and any time I need help with my case he’s there for me. After having had two disastrously useless attorneys, I was fortunate to become a client of Mr. Martin.
