We have been going here for a while for our 2 dogs. We use them for grooming and the doc sees them also.
The doc is amazing, the staff and grooming are rude, unprofessional and unkind.
We will had a miscommunication before Christmas with our dogs being groomed and the staff was extremely rude.
We decided to keep going because in the past things had been ok and we understand everyone was under stress when the mishap happened.
We came back today and was greeted with eye rolls, annoyance and talked down to.

I brought my dog here today for the first time to evaluated for a few bumps we had found on him. We had to wait in the car until a tech came to get us...my dog was crying and barking as he does not enjoy going to the vet. Beth came out to grab us and was really patient and kind with my boy. We went in and met with Dr. Flowers who was also very kind and friendly. She took some cells from each location and came back with some semi- bad news. She gave me her opinion, reviewed some different options and also added what she would do if she were me which helps in moving forward. The price of the visit

First and last time going. #1 When I called on 12/30 to make an appointment, the woman on the phone had an horrible attitude. She literally sounded like I was bothering her by calling in. That already gave me a horrible feeling but I ignored it. #2 I’m watching employees come in and out right by me and none of them bothered to say hello or… acknowledge me. That also gave me a bad feeling. #3 When I arrived in the parking lot I saw signs all around saying to not enter. There was a off-white door on the left with a table with papers on it. Then there was a black door on the right. So

We love Pleasantburg Vet! Doctor McElveen & Doctor Flowers are both amazing. They are practical with treatment plans and caring with diagnoses. We have rescue dogs, and they have helped us with tumor removals, pathology, dental cleanings and routine checkups. We also use them for grooming. I recommend this practice to everyone!
