According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a sleep breathing disorder, put simply, is any type or degree of obstruction that occurs in the nasal or oral airway while you sleep.This obstruction can vary in severity, and it can be caused by increasing age, malocclusion of the teeth, conditions such as hormonal imbalances, diabetes (Aaronson et al., 2009), swollen adenoids and /or tonsils (Rahbar, 2004), or even simple weight gain.

His work is par. His attitude... not so much. He must think his time is far more important than you. Being a musician, I gave strict instructions not to be called before 11:00 AM. IT WAS EVEN STATED SO ON MY FILE. On the day of my last appointment with him... I received THREE phone calls between 7:15 and 7:18 AM. The first two I answered, listened, and just hung up. They wanted to know if I could come in earlier. The third time... I told his receptionist to tell him I was going to find another dentist. WHO calls a client that early in the morning?? The practice is modern, clean, and inviting. The office staff is always super nice and easy to work with. Scheduling appointments is a breeze.
Dr. Guidi is a fantastic dentist. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent chairside manner, and a TMJ expert.
Nichole is an amazing hygienist! She is careful and very through with a wonderful bubbly personality.

Dr. Guidi and Staff are beyond amazing and I highly recommend him. Their staff makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain and they made my teeth look amazing ! It boosted up my confidence and I had to learn to start smiling again because I was so ashamed of my teeth. Now I'm feeling great and I can't even keep the ladies away ;-) thanks again guys for all your help and helping me chew and digest my food better.

UPDATE: I posted the following review a couple of months ago... to which this dentist replied that he has no patient with such a name, and no one in Sarasota... you are correct about the Sarasota part... I used to live there, and had neglected to change my location to my new city... but otherwise, he is basically trying to discount my review...

I can finally post my experience with this office since I finally got my money back. Jennifer the office manager is completely incompetent. I paid up front which is against their contract with my insurance and when my insurance paid less they would not give me a refund. I had to go thru grievance and since they never responded to any contact with insurance company the insurance company withheld future payments to them to send me my refund. Jennifer is extremely rude and incompetent and becomes defensive since she does not know how to run an office or understand how insurance and accounting work

Dr. Guidi is one of the best dentists in this country. He is an expert in his field with an amazing track record to suit. He has been our family dentist for the last 10 years and we couldn't be happier.
He has done copious amounts of cosmetic dental work for myself and my family and his bedside manner is very professional. His dental hygienist, Nicole, is equally wonderful. In fact, everyone in his office truly cares about the patients.

He is a good dentist but he is a grouch with no patience, the place is disgusting, and their receptionist Tammy is a completely rude lunatic. He is more expensive than most dentists and they constantly surprise you with unexpected additional charges. Even when you get an estimate up front, you'll end up paying more.

Why do I feel like danny brown is leaving out details? Anyhow, good dentist overall. They do their jobs appropriately. Came in for a check up a year ago and about to go in for another shortly. Courteous, professional and considerate. Ive known Mr Guidi since I was a child. He is there for one reason. To take care of your smile.
