Ashley Whitworth assisted two people I care deeply about with their first home purchase. She was so generous with her time and knowledge helping them through a process that can be scary and overwhelming. She was very responsive and even took time out of her Easter Sunday to let family view the prospective home. If you value knowledge and personal attention she is your Realtor! Can’t thank you enough Ashley!

We had the pleasure of working with Charing Taylor on our house hunting journey. She is very detail oriented and gives great advice. She moved quickly and got our offer in on the day we toured our future home. We are really thankful for her quick and responsive support that enabled us to secure our perfect forever home. Charing helped us get into… our dream-home with minimal stress. Everything went smoothly; she was great to work with. She provided excellent service from the beginning of the process to well after closing. We highly recommend Charing without any reservations.

I bought a Ball Home in June. The house is only 12 years old. I've already had to jack hammer up my bathroom floor because the plumbers installed a dinged up pipe that my plumber said should have never been installed. The upstairs bathroom drain pipe was full of mortar causing drain issues where the tile person cleaned out their sponges and buckets… in the toilet because they were too lazy to walk it outside. My windows leak and I'm just waiting for another issue because of shortcuts. I HAVE PHOTO AND OTHER PHYSICAL EVIDENCE! I contacted Ball homes to see if they would take any ownership
