We had the privilege of getting to know Vlad, Victoria and James while remodeling one of a kind English Tudor at North Admiral. We've had over 25 years of experience in flipping residential properties but these people not only were fabulous and highly motivated but also very knowledgeable and fun to work with. In June 2017, my wife and I purchased one unit of a duplex that Heaton Dainard had remodeled and put on the market. They had entirely remodeled an existing duplex. This entailed rebuilding the demising wall separating our unit from the neighboring unit.
Soon after we moved in, we discovered that this wall is paper thin: we could hear--and even understand--normal conversation next door. Not a loud home theater system, not raucous parties. Conversation. Talking.
