The application process was so easy. I would love to live here. The apartments are great.

This was one if the best experiences I've ever had, with an apartment place! Amabel was MORE than helpful! She helped us through the entire process! We just moved in so I'm very excited to see how the rest of the year goes! Beautiful area and nice grass areas for your pets!

In relocating from Chicago to Fullerton, the process was made easy and stress free by Amabel. She was very attentive and maintained good communication throughout. The community has everything that I was looking for and I look forward to making this my home for awhile.

There are homeless getting on vehicles to jumping the wall. Vehicle parking on property with no permits... otherwise I am happy here.

I finally have a real home . Annabele the mngr is a sweet lady yet firm and professional. If i need anything at all i ask and she responds promptly and its done. I have lived here little over year and just signed a new lease and if they let me ill be here for years to come. Grounds immaculate
Maintenance and security always work hard . i feel very welcome as do my 2 grandkids who love visiting me and my daughter feels better now that im in a real home . if anyone asks if i know of any rentals i always tell them yes here. Seriously ive had my experiences for over 10 yrs in apts prior to this one

Area is sketchy but the apartment is better than expected. Manager is very friendly and professional!

I was treated with such respect and the manager has got to be the friendliest and most helpful person I've met so far. She went out of her way to help me spply and the apartments are very well kept and quiet and I'm hoping to make them my home soon.

While the apartments look nice it's located in a really rough hood and the lady showing the apartment was not really willing to work with you if you are low income and need a service dog accommodated or were honest about your situation. Seems like the company expects poor people to have perfect histories financially and if you crashed and burned they don't want you. Isn't the point of affordable apartments to give you a chance to rebuild?!?...
Not my first choice of a place to rent.

Large rooms for apartment, A/C works great! Nice quiet, chill complex, it would have been nice if there were more friendly residents. I was visiting my friend on my way home from working and was still in my scrubs. A resident refused to let me in the gate, was rude, I was just at my lunch break, funny thing is I didn't EVEN ASK to get in! I even explained I would wait for my friend to let me in, but residents should be respectful towards others.

This is a beautiful quiet complex with friendly neighbors. The grounds in the apartment complex are always well kept and maintained. Apartment maintenance is quickly taken care of, the pool is always beautiful and clean, the six washer and six large dryers laundry room is very convenient. Most of all it's always gated and secured. Very convenient and centrally located.
