If you or anyone you know needs a realtor, I cannot sing the praises of Susan Haddock & Kathryn Harbour Real Estate highly or loudly enough. Susan Haddock's entire team was excellent and made the sale of our house very stress less. Susan helped us through the process of renovations, decorations for the sale date and the closing process. She had excellent resources we were able to utilize in order to make the sale of our home successful. Our home sold on the first showing date and even received an offer above asking price due to Susan's extraordinary negotiating skills. I met Kathryn Harbour a year ago when she quickly sold a neighbor’s home. When I met her, I was most impressed with her professionalism, real estate experience, and the quality of her materials. Whether you are buying or selling a home (I did both), you will receive full service and support from her team, to include great advertising, staging, and explaining some of the real estate jargon. We had an incredible experience working with Katheryn Harbour’s team as we looked for a house in this hectic market. Our realtor’s name was Suzette and she was incredibly responsive, as we had lots of questions as first-time home-buyers. Michelle kept us updated as to the status of our closing almost daily, so that we were always up to date (including detailed moving lists and utility recommendations). The experience I had working with Kathryn Harbour Realty was unbelievable. I have never been taken care of so well. The attention to detail, the gentle reminders, the caring and compassion was amazing! The staff and their loyalty to me and the selling of my house made this experience exceptional.
