Jodienne is AMAZING at what she does! She has done my taxes for a long time, and now takes care of my mom and my grandparents, as well as both my brothers. This CPA should not get a point of a star. She was referred to me by my co-worker who spoke highly about her. She prepared my taxes and my mom last year and all I got is a headache. She sent my taxes information incorrectly. It took a while to get my taxes reprocessed. I received a letter from the IRS with a deadline of 12/21 in regards to the same issue and have called her multiple times from November 1st but I have never gotten a call back until December 3. I also reached out to her by email and responded to me once.
She is therefore unprofessional. I will elevate this complaint if she does
