Dr Tori and staff are very professional and personable. They understand that our pets are our family members and treat them with respect. Dr Tori is very thorough with treatment options and care plans and makes sure that the pet parent understands and is on board before proceeding. Transparent and upfront billing. I highly recommend!

I have known Dr.John Joyce even before he opened his animal hospital. I left my other vet to go to him when he opened a Regal. Have had MANY animals in my life and therefore vets. He is by far the best. I have four animals now and I know he cares for them ALMOST as much as I do…nothing like a mother’s love! I urge anyone that asks to go to him(ha-even people who don’t ask). If you truly cherish your pet(s) Regal Animal Hospital is for you.

We are very happy with Regal Animal Hospital. Our dog, Otto has been with them since we brought him home to our family since he was 8 weeks old. Their quality of care is excellent and very professional. I would recommend this veterinary animal hospital to anyone seeking care for their pets!

I called with very short notice for an appointment because I found a kitten. They were super flexible with me and very accommodating with my crazy work schedule for the day. I will definitely be back. They were absolutely amazing and Cici loved them too!

I have been taking my dog here for the past year, as Regal Animal Hospital came highly recommended by her rescue organization. Everyone from the administrative staff to the office manager to the animal care providers are so friendly, patient, and knowledgable. Great bedside manners all around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vet!

Absolutely everyone I interacted with at Regal Animal Hospital was compassionate and professional. My regular vet won't allow anyone inside even when euthanizing (absolutely horrible!) but Regal allowed me to stay with my furbaby so I could be with her when her pain was ended. They greeted me immediately when I entered the building. They explained the whole process to me over the phone and then again when I arrived. They spoke in quiet and soothing tones which made me feel fully cared for during such a difficult time. I highly recommend Regal.

If you are looking for an honest veterinarian, look no further. Regal Animal is spotless, the staff is amazing and the doctor is bright, patient and HONEST! He is very conservative and always offers options to situations. He takes the time to listen to you where you never feel rushed.
I have had experienced Vets that want to run tons of diagnostic tests un-necessarily to rack up some crazy bills. You'll never come across this @ Regal.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr Joyce... you won't be disappointed!

Regal animal hospital is as good as it gets. We have 2 dogs and have been to the hospital multiple times over the last few years. The doctor as well as the staff has been super knowledgeable and extra nice. Being a puppy parent for the first time, trusting a vet was a big deal for me. But I can tell you that this is the first and last animal hospital I have ever been to. I was referred to them by the non-profit from where we adopted our kids and I never felt the need to try anything else.
The most memorable was the time when my small dog licked a frog and there was foam coming out of his mouth

My dog has been going here for years and over all the service is great and the doctor is amazing. This review is not for the office in general that is 5 Stars all the way. My review is for one of its employees, my only exception with this office is having to talk to Carly on the phone. The few times I've had to deal with her she has been rude, stern, uncaring, abrasive and non-accommodating to the owners needs. Her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. It's gotten to the point that I'll hang up if she answers and call later and wish for any of the other employees to answer. Her

If you don't have an appointment, don't waste your time going here. Two days ago I started noticing like a brownish small drops in the area where my dogs urinate. I have two female dogs and one of them have megaesophagus (a condition so delicate that I have to bring her to the vet more than four times during the year), so I thought that maybe that was her with some kind of response to one of the so many meds she's currently taking. But then i notice more than a few blood drops on the floor, and then I saw that it was not her, but my other baby that never ever gets sick! I didnt

Regal Animal Hospital is a great choice for your pet. Their staff is very friendly and attentive, we never have to wait long and I never feel like I am getting overcharged. Most importantly however Dr. Joyce is a great doctor he seems very knowledgeable and spends plenty of time looking over our dog and answering the many questions I always have, never feel rushed. The office is very nice and clean as well :) Do no hesitate to bring your pet to Regal!

Dr. Joyce is compassionate with pets and people. I first met him when he was working as an emergency/on call vet at another practice. He had to put more than 200 stitches in my dog's tongue - which had been caught in a paper shredder. He saved my dog (who I feared wouldn't be able to drink or eat properly) and charged us less than we paid when another pet of ours needed basic stitches from a bite. When I saw he had opened his own office, I had no doubts where I wanted to take my pets.

First time here. Took my dog (Mug) to see Vet because he was yiping sometimes when he walked. He has never voiced his pain before so we took it as it hurt him a lot so off to the Vet we go. Rather long wait but they had a customer with her dog that was having real dangerous issue so we waited. We saw the Vet, very nice guy and he talked to us with a lot of concern in his voice. You could tell he was genuinely concerned about my dog. He didn't try to up sale anything which is part of the reason I left my old Vet. Will continue to see new Vet. After just one visit I can't say with 100%

No place like it! Immediately greeted by an employee, offered coffee, bottled water a snack (for Lulu and I) - which was perfect coming straight from work. The facilities, professionalism, cleanliness, and service were nothing I had experienced anywhere else. Dr. John's calmness and friendliness were very comforting to my little Morkie, Lulu.
Upon checking out, I thought for sure this experience was going to be costly for Lulu and I, the fanciness of the place, the service, the snacks. I was VERY wrong. It was the least I have ever spent on an office visit in
