Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness Kara, the vet tech was SO SO SO compassionate with my 16 yr old pug. Dr Anderson was So so so great in explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about her condition. I love these guys! I have been bringing my fur babies here for many a year even though they are no longer close.

I brought my dog in when she was really sick. To the point she couldn’t even walk. They only gave her fluids and said she would feel much better, . The dr wouldn’t even take a minute to talk with me as I stand there holding my dog because she couldn’t walk herself. I voiced my concern but not one person working (6 people) took the time tonlisten.I took her home waiting for signs of improvement. She only got worse. About 2 hours after leaving midvalley I was in the ER animal clinic. Her heart rate was 40, low temperature, potassium levels off the chart, couldn’t walk or even lift her head

Very accommodating and helpful. I was able to bring in all 3 of my dogs in at the same time for all their shots. The staff handled their different personalities/energy levels so well and were very sweet to them. They are very busy right now so maybe just expect/plan to wait some time after your appt time. (Pre-covid was not like that though.)

Mid-Valley is awesome! Even though they rarely do Rabies Titer Testing they were able to help me get that done for my dog Jane. The staff is super helpful and friendly and we always have a great visit when we go here! I’d recommend this place to all my friends! Thank you.

Our Miley girl (dog) has had seizures for 3 days. Saturday, Sunday and today-Monday. ( Never has had seizures) I was able to get right in this afternoon. The friendly and quick service by the staff and Doctor was great. They answer all your questions, they don’t make you feel rushed and they all are very sweet and caring. Thank you! ❤️

I have been taking my fur 2 babies Izzy and Jazzy for years to Midvally Animal Clinic and have always been please with their professionalism and also the gentle, nurturing care that they give to the animals. They are also very reasonably priced in all of their services...I wouldn't take them to any other place....if only they could provide boarding??
