In 1999, when Dr. Carl Prior finished his veterinary training at Colorado State University, he practiced at a large clinic near Millcreek Veterinary Clinic and got to know Dr. Foster. When Dr. Foster retired, it was the perfect time for Dr. Prior's practice to expand from Park City into the valley.

My name is Dr. Toshiko Burton. I grew up in Tokyo, Japan where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Rikkyo University. My life took a 180 degree turn when I moved to the U.S. and decided to pursue veterinary medicine. I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University.
Millcreek Veterinary Clinic provides technologically advanced medical procedures, along with all standard veterinary services. Perhaps as important, our "family" here at PCAC truly loves animals and provides these services with compassion for your cherished pets and with customer service and accessibility to doctors as our highest priorities.
We have put together this packet in order to make surgery day as easy and stress-free as possible. It is required you print and inital the last two page if your pet is undergoing surgery. Many dog owners admire the unique looks and personalities of purebreds, but also worry about the fate of millions of pets euthanized each year.

They are amazing!!! All the stuff was very nice and caring to my two dogs. My baby Roco had a terminal disease, and Dr Burton took care of him all the way to his passing. She also clearly explained to me every step of the treatment (pros/cons). I feel so comfortable on having Rita in their hands. I have been in taking them to other clinics before with negative experiences. Millcreek clinic has been the best, 100% recommended.

Dr. Toshiba Burton was amazing. She found an issue that my dog was suffering from that I wasn't even aware of. The entire staff was caring and efficient. I recently found Millcreek Veterinarian when my Veterinarian retired. Dr. Prior took care of my pets many years ago before he moved to Park City and I've always considered him the best Veterinarian I've known. I was thrilled to find out that he bought this business and I trust that he has great people on the staff.

Vet Anderson: concerned, caring for my 16 year old dawg; excellent medical assessment & realistic treatment recommendations have improved situation. Office staff helpful, kind & calm; Vet intern(?) notified pharmacy to ensure prescription filled before closing. Vet Techs gentle & thoughtful with helping my old fella move about - he obviously felt secure. Toenail Clipping: great job on never before cut nails. Reasonable $.
