Gentle Dental was a lifesaver today. I broke my tooth on my way to work eating breakfast in my car. They cared about the pain I was in and worked me into their schedule when 10 other dentists that I called wouldn’t. When the break was more severe then expected, they referred me to an endodontist after explaining my treatment options patiently. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate group that I look forward to returning to soon.

My teens absolutely LOVE this Dental office! From the start, Chelsea at the front desk was extremely helpful and so kind. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made us feel so welcome as new patients. Dr. Velez is absolutely amazing. He talks to you like a person and a parent. My kids were so nervous walking in, but left here ready for their next appointment! He talked them through the whole procedure, and was always attentive to making sure they were never in any pain. First time they have left any dentist happy! And don't let me forget his team of assistants! They are all amazing

I was able to get a same day appointment for an upper wisdom tooth extraction. The lady on the phone was professional and answered all of my questions before scheduling the appointment. Dr. Garcia did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and she really has a gentle touch. Thanks to Lee for assisting and being so full of positivity and laughter during my visit. We had previously scheduled appointments at this location on two separate occasions. Both times they had to call and reschedule us, they couldn't get our kids names taken correctly, and in general came off as rude. Despite that we still finally were able to schedule appointments for our children, 9 month olds first dentist visit! Upon arriving this morning the staff was really rude and a bad vibe was felt almost immediately upon walking in. Thankfully there was a mess up and we weren't even able to see the dentist or techs. Terrible!!! No concept of other people's time and they don't open at 8:00 am...they open at 9:00 am which most people have to be at work before then!! Definitely NOT gentle either..went in to get a temporary crown replaced for a permanent one..they took it out said they had to get an x-ray only to find their x-ray machine didn't work so then they had to put the temp back in and I had to come back another day. WORST PAIN IN THE WORLD!!!
