The firm was established in 1992 by Jack Sellars, P.E. with over thirty years of experience in the structural engineering field. Soon after, Sasan Pasha, P.E., who is currently heading the operation, joined the firm, presently with over thirty years of experience in the structural and forensic engineering fields.

Services include failure and causation analyses, extent of damage assessments, repair and/or remediation recommendations, construction document preparation and provision, oversight and assistance with construction estimations and expert witness involvement.
