For auto repairs, or new tires and wheels, come see us in person or request a quote online. Sean and Lisa Smith own Northside Automotive. A large addition to our building in 2011 allowed for more parts storage and updates to all our technological systems.

My transmission went out on my way to work in Montello. I looked these guys up on line. They came and picked me up and gave me a loaner for a couple days until they could replace the transmition. They are clearly a business that cares about their customers. They turned what could have been a huge interruption of my week into a little hiccup. An expensive hiccup but that was to be expected.

The folks here are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make you comfortable and keep you informed. They helped me get my errands done when the needed parts were delayed and made sure I had temporary transportation when it was necessary. They even checked with the company and set me up with a dealership rather than schedule my brake repair there because it was under special warranty, and would cost me less.

I have an older foreign vehichle. After breaking down,two mechanics in my area refused to even look at it. One other mechanic did look at it, and claimed he "fixed" it two separate times, but he did not (I got scammed).The people at Northside Auto glady took it in, looked at it, and actually fixed it. They had to work very hard to even find parts, but they never gave up on my vehicle. They kept me informed, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. This was my first visit. I believe I received the best possible service. Communication was excellent; they explained everything clearly, honestly, and with enough detail so I could understand every aspect of the work that needed to be done. Northside has been working on my Prius for a few years now. I am so happy to have a local shop to work on my car instead of having to run to Madison for maintenance and repairs.
