I always stood by this business. Used to love the oil change coupon which no longer exists. That was ok as the price was affordable and service was great. Must say I miss the girl who worked the desk and the mechanic coming out to tell me anything they saw, both gone. I was very disappointed the oil change price went from $36.99 to $52.53 from July to November. My honey will be doing mine from now on as an x mechanic. I had hoped to save him the time but that’s a big jump.

My wife and I were traveling through on a road trip when our vehicle began making a clicking sound. It turned out to be some loosening lug nuts. Chris grabbed a jack and a torque wrench, and had us fixed in minutes. Turned what could have been a stressful situation into nothing. And I appreciate that immensely.

I saw a marvelous testimony of this powerful and great spell caster called DR ITUA on the forum..I never believed it, because I never heard nor learnt anything about magic before.. Completely irresponsible staff. Mid-pandemic, hitting over 100k cases daily, no masks. Guy went into my car with no mask. My wife had Covid. She was in that car. A lot.
I specifically told the lady at the receptions desk how it need to be started. Didn't listen. I told the mechanic to not jump my car. Still not listening.

Trust worthy and honest. Curtious, friendly and professional. As a woman I trust this shop completely. They repair only what needs to be done. I always recommend them to everyone I know.
I took my 2014 Subaru Outback in to check all 4 brakes and they only replaced two that needed to be done. To me that's good business. Any dealership would of done all 4.
I get a friendly reminder about my appointment sent to my smart phone.
I just had my Honda Ridgeline towed from a dealership in Madison to them to do a repair. I can't say enough good except Kudos to Portage Tire.

Portage tire has gone above and beyond several times for us. Our truck had blown brake lines which we unfortunately realized when hauling 2 horses in our horse trailer. Portage tire said to come in even though they were closing soon that day. They graciously gave us and our horses a ride back and fixed up our truck. I would highly recommend!!

They could start by being honest with their customers and taking responsibility i brought my truck here to have my axles regeared a month ago which they had to take the driveshaft out to do they said everything checked out good two weeks later the driveshaft shoots out of my truck mind you ive only driven the truck twice cracking my transmission… and they try to tell me my transfercase and transmission locked up causing all this to happen even though i just had everything serviced then to add insult to injury i brought my 1990 caprice in for a bad rear end took them 3 weeks to look at it
