A Green File should contain all of your important financial documents. Regardless of the loan type, lenders will need information about you. Make copies of financial statements; bank accounts, investments, credit cards, auto loans, recent pay stubs and two years' tax returns. Below you will find the contact information for the 3 major credit reporting agencies to help you determine your credit rating.
I have over ten years' experience as a loan officer in the mortgage industry. I began my career working for a bank in Tucson, AZ where I did extensive construction financing as well as permanent home financing. While I enjoyed the security of banking, I made the switch to Assurance Financial realizing that as a broker I have the ability to serve my clients more fully.
Was looking to buy a house in the Columbia area and decided to try out S&M Realty based on their online reviews. Tammy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Once again, Tammy has done it for me. I purchased a condo in 2014 and Tammy got me settled. Now in 2019, I sold the condo and although there were a couple of issues, I am closed and the condo is sold, thanks to Tammy. She knows real estate and is dedicated to serving her clients well. Tammy was there for us from day one. She took care of any questions or concerns we had and was always a phone call away. She worked very late nights trying to help us secure our new home.
